Irsay is seemingly doing everything in his power to make Taylor hate him and the franchise. I don't necessarily disagree with most of what he said, but don't say that crap out loud to your one talented skill position player

They were gifted the Patrick mahomes of their era in Peyton Manning and only managed what, 1 Superbowl?

That's Sean Payton with Drew Brees level bad. I think a below average franchise gets at least 2 Superbowls

I had the first overall pick in my league and went with CMC over Taylor.  I was laughed out if the draft room.  A few months later CMC carried me to the fantasy title.  Meanwhile the guy with pick 2 and Taylor finished near the bottom of the league.

In all fairness the Manning led Colts had to deal with Tom Brady and the Pats during his tenure.  Imagine having one of the greatest QBs of all time only to watch him have to play the greatest QB of all time in the AFC playoffs every year.

I wouldn't say that I agree with Jim Irsay (ever) but Taylor strikes me as the kind of guy who's going to have a really strong season or two but also a very short shelf life due to his style of play.

I probably wouldn't trade for him.
