panthers formula to losing:

• no halftime or in game adjustments
• defense getting tired in the 4th resulting in a big gain by the opponent
• offense repeatedly stalling from 3 and outs and/or turnovers
• bonehead special team play by one player late in second half
• bad clock management and wasting timeouts earlier in game
• penalty such as false start and/or pass interference at the worst situation
• controversial and sus officiating by the refs that favors the opponent on the game deciding drive
