I think the plan is already in place to trade Burns for a 1st, any 1st.  Then they will have a 1st, and high 2nd, 3rd, etc

Then the moment after that trade is made Scott Fitterer should be fired on the spot. Had two firsts in his pocket last year and settled for less due to incompetence and overvaluing a roster he built.

lol you guys are silly, you complained because we didnt tank last year and then now that were tanking, OMG were not gonna win the super bowl this year.  Granted Carolina wont have the 1st pick in the draft but being at the top of the other rounds does make a difference so sit back, relax and enjoy the tank.

We we aren’t tanking.  We are sucking.

we have no first round pick to tank for.  You don’t tank for good position in round 2.

I happily eat my crow where possible...  and I was vocal about wanting Payton.  I still think he's a better coach, but I also think he is purposely fuging poo up there to get rhem to move on from Russ or something bc that poo is insane.  You don't just forget how to coach when you've proven you know how to do it - unless you just grow too stubborn and dont evolve with the game, which is also a possibility there, but I don't think it's likely.  And despite them getting a 70-burger dropped on them (love McDaniel, btw), I don't quite feel like admitting I wanted Payton and them sucking is eating crow because we still made a worse hire in Reich.😂😂😂  ahhh, life as a Panthers fan.  Never gets old.🤣

Brees made S.P...just like Brady made B.B...take the HOF'ers away, and they all fall back down to earth.

No county for old men

3 weeks in…jeez

It cuts both ways. Small sample size but then again this fanbase tried to convince themselves Rhule was still the right guy for the job too. And Matt Rhule actually had some varying level of success early on.

If you want to talk about tanking your way to the number 1 pick, Rhule was definitely the guy.

I agree the patience is very short here.  We haven’t won much in a long while

    • there is one common denominator in the 2003 & 2015 Carolina Panthers teams they both had ELITE top tier Qb play.  it would require a MVP type of season from Bryce Young to have the same type of success that Jake Delhomme had in  2003 & or Cam Newton in 2015 & lead this team to a SuperBowl is this going to happen or is there any reason to believe Bryce Young is capable of playing similar to Jake Delhomme in 2003 or Cam Newton in 2015 ? well no there is no absolutely NO reason whatsoever to believe that this is going to happen in 2026 ..just saying
    • I'd actually like to see Cherelus get a fair shot to win the job in camp. Wallace is decent in drop zone coverage, but he gets abused in the play action game and is often times out of position in the run game. It might just be me, but I swear every time I watch Wallace play, I see multiple plays a game were it looks like he's just trying to be blocked. Watching Cherelus last year he at least looked like he was trying to hit someone on every play. Wallace plays like a LB who doesn't trust what he sees and it makes him passive and cautious versus Cherelus who regardless of if his decision is right or wrong goes at it 100%.
    • Agreed.  Hasn’t happened to me either, but I feel very strongly about it.  That’s not just one of the worst things a woman could do to a man, it’s a power inherent to only women and is one of the worst things a HUMAN being can do to another.  A man can’t “hide” a pregnancy or maternity.  It’s impossible.  And that sucks for anyone that has to go through that. I always got a weird vibe off her and just found her very unlikeable.  Annoying even.  I’ve always been good at reading people and there was just something about her to me that was off-putting, somewhere under the surface.  And here we are…  she is despicable.
