0-5 and 0-7 starts - will Frank make history

So the two worst starts to date in Panther history are the 0-5 last year of Fox season and the 0-7 last year of Capers season.

football is football, odds would say we should enter the bye at 0-6 (given we play the Dolphins and Lions next).

Houston, Indy, and Chicago are the first 3 after the bye.   Does Frank set new worst start opening mark and get to 0-8?

I think Carolina (0-8) and Chicago (0-9) meet personally.  Just seems fitting.

Which is why Dalton should have started yesterday.  1-whatever is better than 0-holding your breath for the first win.  Bryce is going to have WAY more teachable moments than he'd probably care for over the course of this season, but yesterday was a chance to at least get of the snide with Dalton.

I don't have prime and certainly won't be getting it or going to a bar to watch that game. I'll watch the Canes or Hornets if they're playing that night, if not I'd rather go to the ballet than watch that poo

You don't even have the selling point of hyping it as the race to the #1 overall pick since the Bears already hold them both. Damn... what if they ended up with #1 and #2? Take the QB of their choice at #1. Put #2 on the trade block for another haul and slide back a few spots and still land a top WR or Bowers at TE for your new QB.

I mean, it's the Bears so they're gonna 100% fug up the QB pick but it's still a sweet setup on paper.

Yeah I think it's likely with current circumstances.

We have a chance with Dalton if he makes the lineup for any reason.  I think we would have won the Seattle game without the Luvu and Woods injuries.  27 points would have won the other three games we've played.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
