The Panthers come back after the bye  get some players back like Horn and Corbett, and go 7-4 to end up 7-10 for the year.  How about that for positivity?

That is very positive.  I think the key to getting Corbett back is establishing the run and stick to it.  Things might open up some.

100%….the run game will set up the passing game. I think the Panthers underestimated Foreman’s value….his style of running worked last year and meshed well with the Oline.

Fall is the best season in the Carolinas IMO,  and now that my Sundays are wide open that gives me an extra day to make the most of the cool sweet sunshine !

I've been trying to catch the same gigantic brown trout since nearly this time last year. I've been waiting for a good rain with water temps so low. Gonna make another run at him tomorrow evening. Supposed to rain in the morning then clear up in the afternoon.

My prediciton

Horn comes back and balls out.  Burns goes nuts. (We end up tagging him but that's another thread).

Defense looks better and we play above the talent we have with several key guys still injured.

Our run game starts looking more like last years and Bryce starts dicing up fools as he continues to gel with Thielen but the Young to Mingo connection starts to become a thing.

Chuba starts giving people chubs.

I feel like I've been vouching for you in all of these threads with zero background...but man, seeing this in action it's definitely worth it. This is a great thread.

I'm just excited to really see Bryce develop, I just truly want to have faith in him. I hope that he will become a Hall of Fame QB, and bring Charlotte a few rings...that would be the dream man.

When you catch him what then?

    • Poodle?........poodles are very smart and active dogs and don't deserve the insult.
    • Let's just make this clear. The best the passing offense has looked early in the season when the games actually mattered since 2023 was in Seattle with Reich in 2023 and in Vegas in 2024 with Canales. Both were Andy Dalton starts. Bryce Young has looked abysmal with now two different coaching staffs to start the season three consecutive years. No we cannot exclude the Reich year and take ourselves seriously.
    • Like I said, I give him a pass on that first season. I just don't think any QB would have been successful given the coaching.  I look at bryce and see what he did last season after his benching. Apparently everyone else looks at Bryce in 2023 and 2025 only. We all see what we want to see.
