Maybe if we drafted a quarterback that could operate under center it would be a little harder for the defense to predict what’s the offense is about to do.

our offense is 95% shotgun. Get under center and slow the pass rush down with some damn play action.

That would be too easy.

youre having a knee jerk reaction. The o line doesnt fold on every play, theres been plenty of plays were bryce does have time and either holds the ball too long or misses his target/gets fooled by defenders

You Ickeys Dad or Cousin?

If so, relay a message. Some of us wish we had Remmers over his bum azz about now.

Bryce definitely had 3 or 4 seconds on that play but nobody is denying the o line needs to be better. Ultimately i dont know what you expect if you gotta block parsons all day. You gotta gameplan around him just like any other elite DE.

See the most recent post.

Not sure why I'm being called out as if I haven't stated the reality of the oline. That doesn't mean there haven't been opportunities against less stout defensive lines.

They going to die on that Bryce hill.  He is a midget with a weak arm that panics

@frankw @mrcompletely11 what the fug is any quarterback supposed to do with this

You do hear Young killing plays for a 5 OL blocking & 5 to 7 step drop?  Young is not prepared at all to set his protections, or he is just making very bad decisions. Not even looking for the check down too when he sends all his receivers out. Not Reich plays. Reichs trust in Young to kill plays is the issue

    • At the 2026 NFL Combine, the Carolina Panthers, led by GM Dan Morgan, are evaluating a deep draft class with a 600-player board, specifically targeting defensive upgrades and offensive playmakers . Key reported formal interviews include LB Sonny Styles (Ohio State) and DE Keldric Faulk (Auburn), while also considering safety Caleb Downs and WR KC Concepcion.  AI Reported 2026 Combine Meetings/Visits: LB Sonny Styles (Ohio State): Confirmed formal interview with the Panthers. DE Keldric Faulk (Auburn): Confirmed formal interview with the Panthers. S Caleb Downs (Ohio State): Linked as a high-priority target for defensive improvement. WR KC Concepcion (NC State): Expressed interest in joining the organization, with the team highly aware of him, according to Carolina Panthers.  Draft Focus and Strategy: Defensive Focus: The team is searching for defensive upgrades, particularly a long-term answer at linebacker to continue the legacy of Sam Mills and Luke Kuechly. Draft Board Depth: The Panthers entered the combine with 600 prospects on their board, as stated by GM Dan Morgan. Offensive Needs: Despite having the 2025 Offensive Rookie of the Year in Tetairoa McMillan, they are exploring receivers to boost the passing game.
    • I am a Golday fan, but Kyle Louis is a smallish stud.
    • dumb question but I don't know the answer:  What is an "informal meeting" (aside from what it means literally) and what makes it different from "formal meeting?"  I don't know how to ask the question--but I guess I am wondering why an informal meeting is news, or if they were really interested, why not a formal meeting?
