I want so badly to be wrong but I just don't see how he can be an NFL QB. So many analysts and teams had him as the number 1 pick and I legitimately do not see what was on his film that led everyone there. Being wrong would be amazing, but I am seeing nothing.

I think we beat Falcons, Texans, Vikings, Bears and possibly Saints, Colts, and Bucs. Easiest schedule I can remember.

It's clear Bryce isn't an elite QB so you need things to go his way(see Purdy, Brock) early in his career. Continuing to let him go out there and get shelled is moronic.

I think you really are drastically overestimating this roster. If you dropped Pat Mahomes here, we probably still wouldn't be a .500 team.

Tepper doesn’t really want to win.  He just wants to be right.  Dude has been told how smart he is for decades and he believes it. A bit of humility goes a long way.  He lacks that 1000%.
