This is basically a message to Tepper if you want me you better pay me.

That's what I am thinking too. It's leaking the Chargers want Harbaugh and I think this is Ben's way of saying I was hoping to go to LA, but I'm not going to my second option just because my first got taken, it's gonna cost you. I hope Tepp floats out 4 years 60M

Get Belichick and let him stabilize this franchise then retire. No, BB won't win us a Super Bowl, but I'm confident enough he can stop this downtrend. We HAVE to get this next hire right, we have no draft assets or major talent signed for long term.

Belichick is the safest option if he's available.

at least as an official Tepper Buffer, I wouldn't hate it

    • Well, hope they're not worried about a torn Labrum or Rotator Cuff, as someone who went through that myself, I know those don't have anything show up on X-Rays but from the MRI, so this is kinda a nothing update, hope it's not a tear or his season is already over if they decide to do surgery now. Which is basically what would be needed to get him to 100% for the start of next season's training camp if it's a labrum.  If he plays the season with it and then does surgery, he's not going to be ready for camp and probably not the start of the season either.
    • I always try to not pay much attention to a team’s preseason win/loss record. The 1982 Washington and 2021 LA Rams both lost every game in the preseason and went on to win the Super Bowl, whereas the 2008 Detroit Lions and 2017 Cleveland Browns both won every game in reason and went on to lose every regular season game. There’s many examples of teams that lose in preseason that go on to have good seasons, but equally there are teams that lose in preseason and that continues in the regular season. Which will we be?  I think our floor is a handful of wins, while our ceiling will probably be around the 9-10 win mark. The latter will require significant improvement from the whole team and coaching staff, and will also need Bryce to play like the QB we drafted him to be. I want to be optimistic and predict a winning season, but it’s really difficult as a Panthers fan!
    • Cos he looks much better?
