Hate this for Scott because he appears to be a good guy and well liked within the organization. But it’s beyond obvious a new direction is needed and we can only hope Tepper will get finally get this right.

Agree. And shouldn't the GM choose the coach? Isn't that how it normally works? I don't even know anymore. Things have been so backwards in Carolina for so long, I can't even remember how it's supposed to be.

Honestly one of the worst in NFL history given the moves he made. Probably right next to whoever was the browns GM when they were 1-31 over two seasons. This team had the potential to go 0-17 and was lucky to get two wins.
