what would be interesting is to see a list of who this firm has helped in the past and look at how that panned out.  I know the owner had Chelsea/soccer ties but they do NBA, NFL, and everything apparently

They helped rams, 49ers, philly, and falcons. Smith was 50/50 on getting fired and the other 3 are some of the best results you can ask. I posted their 2 star review on goggle tho.....

I mean they have to better than tepper, right??

Whoever the HC is, Tepper needs to stop the weekly sit down meetings and let man coach his team. We also don't need Nicole Tepper helping out with the offensive line or other areas of concern as it appeared to be this year. Way too much involvement from the Teppers.

alot of why questions come to mind because it seems like we are trying to fix something yet going about fixing it  the exact same way we fugged it up to begin with seems so well just plain stupid...

anyway I was hoping we would do things different this time around  & hire a GM then give him complete control over hiring a new coaching staff & assembling a roster.moreover a GM doesn't need a coach helping him do his job he needs the coach to focus on coaching the freaking team

this would only work with a proven HC, I see people posting this is how teams do it and other than all star, successful HCs, I don’t really see it…

I think teppers issue is he has no clue what a good GM is, course he doesn’t know what a good HC is either so who the fug knows what he’s doing

    • He makes a good point about Wallace.  In fairness to Wallace it is hard to play your position as freely as you need to when your defensive line is getting pushed around like ragdolls.  One of the greatest attributes a defensive line has is sucking up blocks, freeing up your linebackers.  Our defensive line couldn't suck up a lollipop more or less blocks.  I think Evans, Sanders and Tremble are going to be a really nice TE group.  I can see all three getting time on the field.  If Sanders can improve as a blocker teams won't be so inclined to believe it is a pass play whenever Sanders is on the field.  Ryan Fitzgerald, I think was an awesome pick-up. Hopefully he can fill our kicker void. Luke Kandra many turn out to be our next Norwell.  Everything I have heard about him says he's a beast.  He needs some refinement, but the good news is he's got Hunt and Lewis (arguably the best guard tandem in the league) to learn from.
    • Great teams build through the draft and have several young players that start that are on rookie contracts. It's important to hit on players in rounds 4 thru 7.  These should be future starters and solid depth.  When you hit on most of your picks you free up a lot of cap space for those one- or two-year players to fill spots you are thin at. No GM is going to perfect on all their picks.  You're going to whiff every once in a while.  That was Hurney problem.  He'd nail the first pick but after that it was reach after reach and we couldn't get any depth on this team. I'm excited about Morgan as our GM and hopefully he'll be around a long time.  It will be even better if Canales can continue to grow as a head coach, both in the development of young players and play calling. I remember last season after Young came back in the lineup and started to perform well.  We saw different plays I had only seen other teams use.   If Canales's play design and play calling continue to grow. Morgan and Canales will be linked together for a long time.  It would be nice to see a Coach and GM together for a decade or two. Go Panthers
    • They also came out for the encore and the singers were dressed in canes jerseys. Pretty fuging cool.
