Mingo and Legette are the same player. Size/speed specimen that didn’t do anything until their senior season. Senior declaring WRs don’t have a very good track record of hitting. I was worried Mingo was another Denzel Mims and I’m worried Legette is the same

It's simply not a good take to say that they are the same player, but apparently it's a Huddle thing. I'm tired of explaining it, so whoever believes it, go right ahead. The future will reveal it all.

Yes with the qb play last year it was impossible to evaluate him.

That QB play got a 32, 33 year old receiver over 1k yards, with an OL that wasn't much help.

The blind hate is wild, go watch the QB School breakdowns and at least educate yourselves. The scheme was straight ass.

Not true. Who was SC's quarterback before Rattler?  Legette can play and for whatever reason SCAR receivers always play well in the league.

Man is this what counts for silver linings as a Panthers fan now? Goodness gracious.

Only Blaine Gabbert Trevor Siemian Tim Boyle Brett Rypien and Dorian Thompson-Robinson had a lower yards per pass attempt than Bryce Young. And of those only one of them had 8 starts the rest had much less than half the starts Bryce Young had.

Just for comparison sake. In 2020 Teddy Bridgewater who almost everyone here agrees had a mediocre arm and was a limited game manager at best finished the season with 7.6 yards per pass attempt. That would have put him in the top 12 QB's of 2023.

Do you see how far we've sunk from even that? And at the cost of DJ Moore a first overall pick and more.

And you're pumping your fists in the air over Thielen's yardage?

Sorry but I have to disagree. Check this video out. I found it very enlightening regarding  the Mingo/Legette debate.

    • When I tell people I was at that game, they usually say oh that’s so cool you had the experience. I call it soul crushing. Why? The weeks and months leading up to it were great, the team was fun to watch every week…some weeks the offense was unstoppable and carried the team (saints and giants road games), other times the defense carried the load (jaguars, tampa). Lots of back and forth games against good teams (Seattle and Indy). Good young players on the team, but the veteran leadership was incredible…from Cam, Olsen, Kalil and J Stew to Luke, TD, Norman, Tillman, Jared Allen, CJ. Role players like Fozzy Whitaker, Cotchery (he caught that MFer), Philly brown, Kyle love, AJ Klein, and so on.  The Friday before the nfc championship my wife and I after a few drinks said let’s see what prices look like for flights/accommodations and we got to talking about how much prices would increase if we waited until we found out if we would be in the big game. We said screw it, we are only out $200 if we have to cancel.  Of course we come out and just pulverized the cardinals in front of the most raucous crowd by far we’ve ever had. We had no idea what we would do for game tickets and then found out a neighbor who worked for the team could get us 2 for face value (each employee got two of their own for free, something cool that JR did).  But then the NFL mafia decided that the storyline of manning going out on top like Elway would give them more goodwill than a non traditional QB who didn’t connect with their target demo and the rest is history. I never have and never will watch that game again. I am just hoping I can see them win one in the 2nd half of my life.
    • Dude you are smart fan. 3 on 0 breakaways won’t matter who is in net. You gotta be better on this one.
    • Raiders are gonna get a good one. Rather have Mendoza fly out and play for the Panthers tomorrow than Bryce
