Panthers trade back from #39 to #52

Of course it would be some names I’ve never seen on here complaining.

We literally got another pick tomorrow and our 2nd rounder from the Bryce trade back just to go back less than 1/2 a round.

We have picks in all rounds next year. If Scott Fitterer was still here we would have like 3 picks left in this draft and 4 next year because he would have gotten fleeced at least 5 times by now.

Carolina didnt have a 2nd next year, they got one by moving a few spots.  Im ok with this

And why is that?  Because of stupid ass trades to draft a not talented enough QB.

makes up for the 2nd we were supposed to lose next year b/c of the Bears deal, right?

I don’t like this thought process. That’s Fitterer in a nut shell where trading CMC and Moore is due to fuging up trades and feeling like he had to get picks back  of course Fitterer basically doubled down on sucking by trading our stars to “make up for” and then doing nothing effectively just trading CMC and Moore for nothing.

That said, I like the trade down getting a 2nd next year. I just hope we don’t think about making up for things. It should solely be about still getting the same value at 52 and then getting another pick as a bonus. It will again come down to us making a good pick.

    • https://x.com/4thand1show/status/1975274357174784272?s=46   saw this this morning and came to post something similar. I didn’t just love the team or the wins, I loved those dudes man. They put everything they had out there every Sunday. You didn’t see a rep where anybody on that field was low effort in that era, and if you did they were quickly sent packing.
    • …is Brycen Tremayne with 108 yards. Not sure what that tells us but I imagine it’s some sort of gumbo consisting of the following: - Bryce can’t push the ball downfield  - contrary to what many were saying this offseason, the wr still needs a lot of work.  - we need Coker back badly.  - Brycen is pretty good! Congrats to that young man! Curious to hear other’s read on it. Was a pretty surprised to see he had more yards than anyone other than Tet and thought that was symptomatic of our issues on offense.
    • I don’t think many fans would have guessed the Chiefs and Ravens would be where they are right now. Same goes for some surprise packages like the Colts, I’m not sure many would have put money on them being top of their division after five weeks. It’ll be interesting to see if this continues!   Not necessarily. The Chargers have lost both starting OL and their 1st and 2nd choice RBs. They fell apart against Washington. The Broncos have just beat the Eagles, so they’d be my favourite in that division, but they are still only one win ahead of the Chiefs. All the Chiefs need is a couple of results to go their way and they’ll be right in the fight for the AFC East. I think that division is going to be very close and probably not a 12 or 13 win division like predicted. Unless of course the Broncos kick on.
