Ug Time to Give Tepper Credit?

He definitely deserves credit. He's got a long way to go though before we all trust or like him, if he can ever get there.

I have no reason to hate the guy if he's doing things that allow this team to be successful. He clearly stuck his nose in too many things. He's also clearly taken a step back from putting his nose in everything. Lets hope the trend holds if success comes.

So yes, I'll give him credit and appreciation for allowing the football people to football.

Give him credit for what? The team just finished its 6th straight double digit losing season, 7th straight losing season under his ownership. They have up the most points in NFL HISTORY. So sure I’ll give him credit for being the sole reason the Panthers have been the laughing stock of the NFL since he bought the team.

I’ll give him credit for raising money for the hurricane victims.

The Falcons gave up because Tampa won.... but Huddle goes full retard 😆 🤣

You really don't need to keep embarrassing yourself. Try to muster an ounce of dignity.

He was right about Bryce. He’s wrong about not having natural grass in the stadium. He was wrong how he treated Cam.

Cam is a diva and was well past his prime.

And even in his prime he was always inconsistent.

never had two back to back winning seasons.

Just because you can see over the lip of the hole you're in, doesn't mean you are out yet.

Let's get to the playoffs next season and then we can start talking about redemption and Tepper.

Edit to add: And I'd sure like to be able to say what a good job he has done finally.

    • He’s also 21 years old. I don’t know why fiz is so eager to label him a bust
    • It’s wild to me that so many of you guys are threatened by the idea of an opposing team fan who is polite in 2025. He’s been posting here on and off for years, usually when our teams play each other which hasn’t been for a while. I’d maybe understand this treatment if it was a falcons or saints fan, but packers fans in general are one of the nicer fan bases as long as you aren’t another NFC north team (especially the bears).
    • Some players excel on the big stage, while others freeze and succumb to the pressure. I’m not convinced Cam took a dive. I think he didn’t handle the stage very well. The pressure got to him and he folded. He wouldn’t be the first quarterback or player to struggle in a Super Bowl. Two HOF examples - John Elway and Jim Kelly. The 2002 MVP, Rich Gannon, threw 5 interceptions against the Bucs. Poor performances happen.  Unless of course you believe all these players threw the games they played in, but if that occurred, surely someone by now would have admitted taking a dive? 🤷‍♂️
