Was he right all along with his teppernomics? seems so.  Bryce may have just been in the wong system with the wrong coach.  Dude making it look easy now.  Fun to watch.  Come back player of the year canidate imo.

We can start giving him credit when he's not the losingest owner since he bought a team.

We won 5 games.  We have a roster with very limited talent.  6 years in the books and that’s where we find ourselves.  We are the worst team in all of pro sports under him.  

a meaningless win vs Atlanta to close out a season ain’t going to make me dismiss what he has done to us

Are you smoking crack? We win 5 games and haven't sniffed a winning season since he's been our owner.  We beat a borderline playoff team in OT and somehow we've arrived?

So many people here love to make kneejerk reactions man 

Lets get a winning season that leads to playoffs first and then i'll start changing my opinions about what direction he's leading the franchise in. 

How about back to back winning seasons? never been done before in franchise history. That is a big benchmark that I'm particularly looking for.

Canales' 5 wins = 5 wins Rule accomplished in each of his first two seasons coaching the Panthers. Canales 5 wins  technically trumps the 2 wins Reich had.  

I'll say I need to see more winning and consistent winning. But I've been encouraged by what ive seen in the last half of this year.

I think he is right in the sense that he stopped meddling with football decisions and actually let football people work. You can still somewhat blame him for our historically poor defense, he denied Evero from interviewing for other jobs, Evero staying on with staff is his decision. I hope he knows to let Dan Morgan decide moving forward.

      I'm sorry, but this is the dumbest fallacy in this years draft that our fans seem to fall into. There are maybe 3 defensive guys ready to make a serious immediate impact as rookies at the top of this draft, and none of them are likely to be there for us (Carter, Hunter, Graham).  And, if any of them do fall to us, it would be Graham, which I just don't love taking a DT at 8 when the best player on our team currently plays the same position. This isn't even a post about taking my guy T-Mac, it's just that people seem to think we're going to improve out defense this year by drafting defensive players, which just isn't going to happen unless we get lucky and hit on those 2-4 round guys that end up exploding as rookies each year and we end up with 2-3 starters from those picks. Defensive rookies take longer to make an impact, and that's before even considering that there just won't be any true blue chip prospects for us to take at 8 anyways.  The guys we're looking at, like Walker, are more raw projects who need to be coached up that will make an impact in a couple years than in 2025. If people want to draft defensive players, so be it, but please stop talking about it "fixing the defense" by doing so.  You can build up a defense much faster (and better) through free agency than the draft, particularly as that's the side of the ball you find better FA's because teams prioritize locking up their offensive players first, and thus quality defenders hit the FA market every year because of it.
