Wonder if this means sam howell is going to get a shot as seahawks starter

If they want to tank, I guess. Again, it would be a strange move for a 2nd year HC.

Thunderrun to number 1 for the Manning kid(maybe the most overrated prospect in my lifetime)?

Seattle only getting a third for Geno makes me hopeful DK wouldn't cost too much for us

Giving up any picks in a trade for aging players is too much for this team. This team needs an infusion of young rookies and lots of them.

Seattle is doing everything to get away from the old regime and Carroll wants to get it back together. I bet he pulls a less successful Ron in DC.

Either Seattle is trying to make a move or they just didn't care as with all the other moves. Going to be interesting seeing which way but having both teams going so hard to prove they were right in that breakup is hilarious. It's like the backlash of having such hands off owners and so long of stability under one dominant HC.

I would actually bet on sneaky Pete being more successful in LV than Seattle being with the moves they are making under their HC.

I was comparing him to Ron. Seattle has to change everything if they want to do it their way. Also ownership changed in 2018 so I have no idea what they are doing now vs the distant ownership model they had going for years. Following Carroll up there was always going to be an uphill fight. I don't think he is willing to change after the last few years and now this trade. Dude already proved he could do it, I'm just not seeing enough adaptability so therefore the Ron comparison again.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
