Let’s all just hope they are looking at him because we may trade down into mid teens. Maybe 2 small trade downs are in order.  Going to take another year or two to build this team out.

I’d be beyond pissed if we took this guy anywhere in the first.

They're probably looking at his RAS scores every day and salivating. The nightmare early pick.

I want to laugh but we've gone out of our way to retain the same draft scouts that have helped us navigate some of the worst drafts in franchise history the last few years. The RAS obsession began with Tepper. Ultimately I think he is the one pushing for it the most. Don't need to hire any new draft scouts if the owner is the one calling the shots.

No one should be the least bit surprised by this organization doing powerfully stupid stuff. You don't accidentally achieve the worst record in the NFL since 2018, it takes consistently awful decisions to pull that off. And then the cherry on top of the dog poo sundae is that every year when we're closing in on a top 5 pick, here comes a couple of meaningless moral victories to fug that up. I'd be curious what percentage of our wins in the Tepper era have come when we're mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.  Feels like most of them with most of the rest coming when we might not be mathematically eliminated yet but we might as well be because we're basically going to have to run the table while other contenders absolutely faceplant which is basically the same thing as being eliminated. LOL

and somehow Dan Morgan has gotten a pass for his involvement in how we got here.  I mean, yeah, Dan threw big time cash at some guards last offseason.  Any GM can pull of that.

The drafting since Morgan and most of his crew have been in the mix has been subpar to date.  I mean, can't fully judge them but clearly no early homeruns like you see around the league.

best draft pick to date while Morgan has been on board was a 4th round RB.

    • Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.
    • Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy
    • Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
