I really think the system and coaching are inferior as well.  Darnold sucked here.  Mayfield was here and sucked.  Players come here to die.  

I was asking us to sign Daniel Jones on the cheap--still early, but I think we have no eye for talent or what our system needs.

At QB in the NFL, you need an alpha.  We do not have an alpha.  You need an Alpha coach.  Not seeing it.

The dude must have an iron clad contract because he simply isn't trying to win football games if he runs Bryce Young out there.

I think you need someone that can make every throw in the NFL playbook. Bryce Young cannot do that. 

Failing that you need a guy that can make MOST throws in the NFL playbook, but can also run - like Jalen  Hurts.

This game was over the second they thought it was smart idea to only activate 4 WR. There’s a reason every QB that has put on a panthers uniform has looked horrible 

That absolutely is not the worst set of WR we've ever run out there. Far from it. 

T-Mac is really, really good (already). Renfrow is really good if you throw an accurate ball.

I agree with all of that, especially the part about them having no eye for talent

      The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.

      I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
