Canales in his press conferences

It's the same look that Rhule and Reich had before they were fired. Tepper runs these guys into the ground before cutting them loose.

He may be shitting the bed as a head coach, but I worry about the guy as a human being. He's an addict in recovery that seemingly found peace before working for this controlling asshole of an owner.

Indeed. Canales may be in the catch 20 of knowing he can't win with Bryce and not having a choice via Tepper dictate but to roll with Bryce.

From Day 1. You think he couldn’t see it? Bryce I mean. He knew. Sure, he hoped he was wrong, but he knew.

The guy has a 6 year contract. It’s not like he’s out any money if he’s fired.

There is no reason he has to let Tep get under his skin. Coach the team your way or get fired and walk with Teps money.

The odds of any coach going 6 years with Tepper was always zero.

We are seeing signs of him becoming more independent let’s call it.

After Rhule you would think Tepper would have not been stupid, again, and given an unproven HC a 3 or 4 year contract. I think that was what Richardson gave Rivera.
6 years makes no sense for an unproven HC.

I am pretty sure even Tepper sees Bryce is not it.

We have people still all up in Bryce’s jock. Tepper is buds with him and his family now. He will be clinging to hope and doing like these people here do and claiming Bryce is poorly coached, has nothing around him, the usual

I don’t rule the above out. The stages of grieving take some time to work through until you get to acceptance.
