Eric Collins Calling First NFL Game (ours)

Eric Collins will be making his NFL debut calling our game tomorrow alongside Mark Schlereth. 

 

A guy that is used to making sorry teams seem exciting.

He's more hype and more articulate than Gus, he's the Hornets TV announcer. He was so good that he and Dell Curry got hired to do national NBA on NBC games this year too

Anyone else remember back in 2010 when Fox piloted having music under the in-game replays during one of Carolina's games? Not the commercial bumpers but the actual replay clips that the announcers would talk over. Pretty sure it was vs the 49ers. And it was terrible.

Point being, Carolina continues being so bad that we get the networks trying things out during their games.

Eric Collins is great. Unfortunately I doubt we'll give him much to work with. But I appreciate having him.
