Sir it is 7-7

3-10 team at home playing with more energy, who already has a win against the Panthers. Defense just spent an entire quarter on the field.

yea I might be overreacting but how important this game is seems to not be sinking in to the team and that’s worrisome

No way, man. It wasn't weak. Jordan's shove was IN BOUNDS. It was Bryce's fault for slowing up on the sideline that he got shoved. Then Icky went up and shoved the dude AFTER the play. Terrible decision and you have to call the personal foul there

Idk man, I’ve seen refs throw flags on the defender for shoving a Qab that close to the sideline and at the least had to confer with one another after as to whether it stood.  I agree Bryce shouldn’t have slowed up, but guys shove like that after plenty of runs and nothing is called.  And the subsequent NO drive tells me those crew is just ready to throw flags.

Y'all need to chill. Panthers are winning this going away

No we won’t. It’s going to be a grind out close finish, the refs nursing the saints along by either stopping panthers offensive plays to keep it close or moving their offense for them, with a close saints win at the end. The Bucs got a bit jobbed last week against them too. It’s tiring how the NFL nudges these games

    • Another thread where the Huddle melts down over a Bryce comment.  "Conversations" and "Bryce Young has been signed to a new long-term contract" are still far away from being the gospel.  For a fanbase that has watched two top-3 drafted QBs come here, and us move on, only to see them elevate their play elsewhere, I find it comical. Bryce is flawed but this org is damned if you do and damned if you don't with BY9.  Why would our GM and HC say anything other than supportive about their QB1. Yes, he's extended, but I truly do not think if he goes out and has a repeat of the previous seasons, that he is here beyond 2027. They're giving him every opportunity and surrounding him with a ridiculous amount of assets on both sides of the ball. If he continues to pitch 110 yd/ game and cough up the ball while everyone else is busting their ass, no way Dan keeps him beyond the extension.
    • Ooof, I was not a Proctor fan. I agree w/ a lot of smarter folks than me that he's more of a guard and think his weight fluctuation is going to be something to navigate. I liked Lomu a lot, but figured there would be more talented guys there at 19. I also wasn't big on bringing in a TE via the draft. If it's not a vet (Njoku) or a trade for Mayer or Kmet, I'd just as soon see what the youngsters have. No need cluttering the room with more of the same.
    • Sam Darnold & Bryce Young are two very different Qbs ..just saying the last 25 years approximately 2/3 of ALL  first round Qb's  in the NFL were or are bust.so for everyone who makes it like a Sam Darnold you have two that don't make it or are a bust
