Personal feelings aside, I really don’t think this coaching staff and FO values TE high enough to take one in the 1st rd. That, and I think we are fine with the 3 we have for what we ask them to do. I don’t think Styles makes it to our pick either. So if I had to guess right now, I would guess OT might be the best combo of value and need at our pick. There will be a few off the board before we pick, but there should still be some value there. -
Your comment is ironic considering it's in a thread about Sam Darnold. Who didn't play well in the NFL until his 7TH season! Now I'm not advocating that we would or should ever keep Bryce around longer than next season unless he plays great. But I think Sam (and Baker to a certain extent) have shown that QBs can still continue to develop after many years in the league. -
Chenal is 25. Might be a fit.
