This place has been/is for sale. 

It has next to no value. Like @Bear Hands pointed it there aren’t new people joining. Anyone that is paying anything for this place is going to see that and go nope. 

Maybe if Carolina has a good season like 2015 he’ll find a buyer but at this point Twitter is a much better place to talk football. Actual football content gets posted there.

There are lots of new people attempting to join, but registrations are locked because the spam bots are uncontrollable, and the only person who can approve registrations is the admin who doesn't use the site anymore.

If it was sold to someone who devoted even like an hour a week to the site we'd be in good shape.

If it was sold to someone who devoted even like an hour a week to the site we'd be in good shape.

Dang this is like having a 10 year house pet and you just stopping feeding/caring for it. 

Can someone reach out to zob and try to help him with being the admin for a day or two each week? Oooorrr since the team isn't a 17-0 winner every year....... maybe he could sell it since neglection is the other option?

It’s just kind of done for him. But he won’t let it go.

So he’s letting the pet die a slow death in the well he lured it into. I don’t think intentionally, he’s just moved on but he won’t sell. 

We were told an update was coming like 15 months ago but it didn’t happen. So just enjoy this thing for whatever it is as it slowly dies.

This site will always have a special place in my heart, but to call it a shell of what it used to be would be too kind.

you can’t even sign up anymore. The last signup was April 2025. OVER A YEAR AGO. There’s been multiple threads on other panthers forums about trying to signup here and not being able to

 

so not only has this forum ostracized some of the most longstanding voices on the huddle (Mr.Scot, PhillyB for instance) but we can’t even get new signups on to discuss panthers with. 
 

Yea the quality of posts and discussion as plummeted but I think it’s primarily because no one’s given a single poo about the site in years

Does he not have an email address or phone #?? I mean just one hour this entire year to fix sign ups would be enough for me.

That’s part of what really stings. It’d really take a quite minimum amount of effort to address some of these things but we can’t even get that.

      Brother. You are wholly confusing comparing situations and applying actual standards like most other franchises do like simply getting into a playoff series and winning at least 1 or 2 series games with praising. Nobody is praising the Hawks. Nobody is praising the Magic. Nobody here likes those teams. But reality is reality. The Hawks like other franchises have traded players fired coaches etc but they can still win a couple playoff games. How is that not the bare floor for you or anyone else? What are we doing here if it isn't? We've seen eye to eye on many things over the years. But you are in the camp on the Hornets where you are emotionally attached to LaMelo where you feel the need to carry his water like he's got that juice. That's cool that you feel that way. It's your prerogative. But I differ from that viewpoint entirely. If he had that juice we would not have gotten wiped off the court in 2 play in games with 2 different coaching staffs and rosters. if people don't like hearing that well I'm sorry but how the hell is this team ever going to get better and ultimately go anywhere in the postseason if we just blindly pat them on the back for getting their asses whooped before they actually even get into the real playoffs? There seem to be some Bryce Young level standards being applied here. That's wild to me. But to each his own.

      Proctor/Freeling were always the belles of the ball where we were picking. What those two *could* become at OT was far greater than what others could be at their respective positions and I’m glad our FO could see that.

      I mean, our TE room does suck but we had other pressing needs and no surefire upgrades in the draft. I was surprised at how many TEs went in the first three rounds. I think most everyone was. You want a guy who projects at least as a guy who has the potential ceiling to be a starter in those rounds and I didn't see 11 of those in this draft. Off the top of my head, I think that's how many TEs went in the first three rounds. It was in that range. That's roughly 10% of the overall picks. Definitely did NOT see that coming with this TE class.
