Jameis just cost himself some money. Now when that employee gets fired because of those remarks he's gonna sue Jameis and say he never gave them to him for free.

Not to mention the NCAA loves investigating anytime "free stuff" is said.

Just about everyone with friends in any type of food service has accepted a 'hook up' at one time or another. Sure it's stealing, but who here never accepted anything free from a friend at some point in their teens/20's.

I remember talking about this a few months back with my buddies. This was my actually perspective of what happened. I figured he didn't just do a grab and dash for those crab legs.  It's not hard to believe that an employee had given the crab legs to him. I don't think it's him trying to have a sense of entitlement. This happens all the time in college and I am sure that wasn't the first time it happened. He just got caught.  Heck when I was in college, I had "hookups". Whether it was a manager/owner or whatever.

But the thing is, most teens and 20 year olds are not Heisman Tropohy winners and the face of Florida State football.. If you're under the microscope like that, you have to use better judgement.
