Do you realize that about 30-40% of the PSLs in the upper level are own by ticket brokers?

Sorry, but it's not the ticket brokers that are the problems.   It's the PSLs owned by the fair weather 'rich' fans, who don't bother to show up or sell their tickets unless the team is one of the very best.  That's what prevents the stadium from filling up.  I see the same thing with the Hornets and the lower section.  The 'rich' fans don't bother to sell their tickets and you just have tons of empty seats in the lower section while the upper section is filled.

Both are problems actually.

I'm just thankful for what @RoaringRiot is doing. He's giving our fan base an identity out there. I proudly fly the RR flag above my tailgate every Sunday because it's an identity that means something at the grassroots level.

It's too bad that JR seems to be hell bent on undermining those efforts.

Charlotte Fans are not fair weather we just dont have the history that other cities do, most fans here didnt grow up Panthers fans. we just getting to the were the first generation of adults were born fans, that type of history matters. I know tons of "Panther fans" that grew up Skins fans or Cowboys and still root for them.

This is as close to the truth as it gets. We, as a franchise, are barely into our second generation. Once the kids who are going now, start bringing their kids. The stadium will become a much better home field advantage.

We just are not there yet as a franchise. Almost every team has generational fans. We still need a few years for that to happen.

I was a Lions fan for almost 30 years before the Panthers showed up. I did not leave my allegiances at the door, cuz I still root for the Lions. But the Panthers are my #1 team. And there are plenty of fans like me. That still love the team they rooted for before the Panthers came along.

BOA has the be the harderst stadium for the home fans to lose in if that makes since.  If you lose you have 50% of the people in there feeding off each other and talking poo.  Then you gotta defend your team and then welp....your pulling your girlfriend off the other guys girlfriend cause their trashed then stop becauze you realize it awsome and you and the opposing team guy watch for a bit but then he says something about cams towel and you call him a racist then its on again.

I have a horrible feeling about sunday.  Probably gunna get my ass kicked again.

Fans of some of the opposing teams are going to spend the extra money every 4 or 5 years to watch their team play in Charlotte. Also, a lot of those ticket brokers partner up with the tour bus companies and sell them small sections of 30-40 seats.

This happens all around the NFL to be fair and isn't just a Charlotte problem.

There's even a dude here who has his own business doing this. Ironical.
