Most interesting games of 2019

for me it’s the divisional games, of course, then

1) Rams- first game and our much talked about o-line goes against the best lineman in the game.  And their offense is pretty good too

2) Packers- anytime you go against Rodgers you know it’s going to be a battle

3) Colts- Luck looks like he’s 100% and they had a surprisingly good year last season. Another game where our secondary will be tested

Jacksonville will be SB preview so should be pretty interesting

I think that opener versus the Rams is going to tell the tale of the season and the immediate future beyond that. This is a hard game right out of the blocks. Will Cam's arm work as hoped? Will the o-line be better? Was CMC's 2018 season a fluke or just business as usual? Will the new hybrid defense get pressure? Will our DBs hold up under a good passing attack?

That's a crap-ton of pressure on that first game.

That's a crap-ton of pressure on that first game. 

Maybe, but the first game or two are always crap shoots. No teams have really gelled yet and luck can swing wildly in any direction. It will tell us a lot about the D and O lines though.

man, our OLine, trying to get it's footing and flow going, has to face Aaron Freaking Donald in the very first game.  And we don't even know who our left guard is gonna be.

I'm not worried about Rams they are coming off a super bowl loss. All teams struggle next year after losing SB. I wouldn't be surprised if they miss the playoffs.

Who the fug knows. Different teams show up as contenders and others die every season. The first 8 games last year the Panthers looked like a playoff team and the last 8 they looked like one of the worst in the NFL. I can’t take another 2018 so I hope they are either competitive all year or just go ahead and tank

First part of the season is brutal.

Hard to say at this point. We could start 0-3 then win 13 straight. It's also hard to know in July who will be good and who will not.

The Rams game, no matter how ya want to dress it up,  is not life or death for our team. No first game of the season is. No doubt, they can set the tone for the season with the game.
