At the cost of two preseason games, with players getting more compensation. Likely means every team will have a neutral field game, which would be cool.

More games in London and maybe Mexico.

I honestly like it. It will be even more about depth and roster building. No more suck for 10 years, get a good team, and win a super bowl. Coaching and Roster building.

They really should expand the damn rosters already. Need at least 60 on a roster, dress damn near all of them.

Nobody would ever be able to finish 500 again.

I know people dislike having four preseason games (hell, they used to have six) but I feel like you need at least three of them to properly evaluate players and get everybody warmed up for the season.

8-8-1

They need to expand the playoffs for three wild cards instead of two, grant it I’m a bit bias because of where we are as a team right now, but too many teams with a winning record that deserve a shot miss out on the playoffs and it’s unfortunate.

For those concerned with bad teams making playoffs, just add a stipulation that you must have a winning record to qualify for that 3rd wild card spot. That way there wouldn’t be below average 7-9 or 8-8 teams getting in.

So how would the playoffs work if one conference had no seventh team with a winning record?

    • He’s also 21 years old. I don’t know why fiz is so eager to label him a bust
    • It’s wild to me that so many of you guys are threatened by the idea of an opposing team fan who is polite in 2025. He’s been posting here on and off for years, usually when our teams play each other which hasn’t been for a while. I’d maybe understand this treatment if it was a falcons or saints fan, but packers fans in general are one of the nicer fan bases as long as you aren’t another NFC north team (especially the bears).
    • Some players excel on the big stage, while others freeze and succumb to the pressure. I’m not convinced Cam took a dive. I think he didn’t handle the stage very well. The pressure got to him and he folded. He wouldn’t be the first quarterback or player to struggle in a Super Bowl. Two HOF examples - John Elway and Jim Kelly. The 2002 MVP, Rich Gannon, threw 5 interceptions against the Bucs. Poor performances happen.  Unless of course you believe all these players threw the games they played in, but if that occurred, surely someone by now would have admitted taking a dive? 🤷‍♂️
