Would you consider Jim Harbaugh proven, even without a SB win? And would you get excited about him?

I realize that this is all subjective, but here are my general thoughts on Harbaugh: I think he did much more with less as a HC in the NFL. The sample size is small, but relatively impressive. I also believe that he is maybe the most knowledgeable Harbaugh, and that's also impressive.

Give him A-rod and all that talent that McCarthy's had, and I believe he has more than one ring.

McCarthy seems like the fall back plan, not a front runner. Safe but lacking in cieling or excitement, super blah. McD is the high risk/reward pick. Could be championships or set the house on fire, I suspect fire. Beiniemy looks great but not perfect. He would be my pick, intelegenct and competent (two areas where we needed a massive upgrade). Not sure about Stefanski, i didnt pay much attention to him yet. I am more than happy that we are interviewing a lot of canidates, hopefully a good learning process for a new owner.

Im trying to not get any of my hopes up or feel any excitement yet, just watching which way we go.

Stefanski has the education and background in analytics that Tepper desires. He wants a coach who understands, embraces and is fluent in analytics. He’s not looking for someone who just agrees with and acknowledges the benefits of analytics. The next head coach will be someone who has proven NFL success using it.

Stefanski is my choice. I want some innovation. He’s created a great passing attack with Cousins at qb, all the while under the helm of Zimmer who would run the ball every play if he had his way.

he also has Dalvin Cook excelling which isn’t that shocking since Cook is a great back, but it does translate well for CMC.

No doubt

People don't understand our owner yet, but they soon will

I’ve read every decent article I can find on all of the candidates.
Mccarthy has the most material out there due to his year off. I like that he spent so much time using self reflection on how he could get better and teamed up with other former coaches to study film and analytics.

I think he has a proven track record of success and has been humbled by the time off and will truly improve upon his past mistakes.

While I don’t think he’s a home run, he’s my favorite candidate for the job.
