Has to be Luke if we’re being objective. He retired early but he maximized his potential while being the most cerebral MLB the NFL has ever seen. He single handily kept us in games by putting his lesser talented teammates in the right position. He was without a doubt the best between the ears and was athletically a beast also. He was also a total pro and upstanding dude..

For me.

1. Luke

2. Smith

3. Cam

4. Peppers

In terms of who I’m the biggest fans of at this moment

1. Cam

2. Smith (GOAT pound for pound)

3. Luke

4. Peppers

Gotta say Luke. He's a top 2 MLB of all time, if not the GOAT. Peppers is probably a top 10-15 DE of all-time, but also wasn't here for a substantial amount of time. Funny thing is, Smith and Cam weren't all-time greats at their position, but they were two of the most electric players that the NFL has ever seen and were a blast to watch.

I'd characterize it like this:

GOAT: Luke

Gamechanger: Cam

Leader: Thomas m'fing Davis

    • Ehh. Any billionaire was going to leech. I actually think we're better off with Tepper since he's heavily invested here between the Panthers and CLTFC. It would be difficult and costly for him to leave town.
    • That is true, it was very concerning how easy the Rams made it look, but I feel like they were picking on our very thin secondary. Should be a better showing if we get to play them again.   And yes we are rush first for sure, but if Bryce doesn’t throw the ball at all downfield we are being too conservative and will not make it past the first round. Our running is our bread and butter but if you can activate the good Bryce more consistently and he can throw the clutch shots, then that is the balance I am talking about. Not 50/50, more 65/35. Seems like Canales was going 80/20 in either direction there for a few weeks. I just hope Bryce builds more confidence and then we will be able to hang with anyone.
    • That 3 game skid when all we needed was 1 win to clinch the division was pretty stressful.
