personally, i think it's just fan/press created excuse since not a single team in the league has made mention of this concerning cam or any other free agent this offseason.

even the most intense physical exams are mostly non contact, and there's nothing restrictive about travel for free agents. if exposure is the concern, take a private plane or at worst a bus/rv decked out like a 5 star hotel to where ever you need to go.

Other than how it affects Ted, it wouldn't  matter all that much. Sadly the team would probably come out in a better position in the offseadon ,higher draft capital and getting a look at Grier Walker.

I wouldn't sign anyone if the two backups are healthy and playing.

Having said that I thing contracts being signed can be voided later by a failed physical. Could be wrong.

Realistically though, if a team really wanted to make it happen, they could.

Cam is done with the Panthers. We all better hope Teddy stays healthy, or if he gets injured that it happens really early in the season so we can have a bad enough record to draft a franchise Quarterback

Wow some of you camther fans are stooping to the low point that you want our new qb to get injured . That’s low , cam will be always remembered as a panther but he’s no longer a panther just like Steve smith when he was on the Ravens and josh Norman . Just let it go he’s gone and never coming back .
