It's going to happen. Might as well get used to games being postponed.

They need to set a criteria for postponing games.

How many players on a team need to have covid for games to be postponed?

I do not want to see a situation where JAGS have covid and the team still plays, meanwhile an elite QB has covid and his teams game is postponed.

False positives are high.  Also, I know several people in my area that tested positive, but were told that they would have tested positive with a sinus infection.  All of them with the exception of 1 were feeling better within 3 to 4 days.  I feel as if these tests are very inaccurate.

I know of two ppl who went to a clinic to get tested bc they were around someone with it, after filling out paperwork, they waited for an hour and after not being tested they got tired of waiting and left. They were just gna stay home for a week or two to be safe, but two days later, they were informed they were positive...without testing. Crazy.

You read that story on Facebook like millions of others. And totally false.

    • The good thing about replacing a bad player is you really have nothing to lose. If their replacement is bad so what, you didn't get much worse and probably saved money.
    • I came over from the old Panthers Insider site. When Fox Sports bought that platform it slowly just started dying plus the guy who ran that site was dealing with some pretty significant health issues so the whole thing just slowly fell apart. Quite a few of us migrated over here. Not sure how many are still around.  I miss that place. It struck a nice balance of having enough active posters to keep productive conversation flowing but didn't have so much traffic that you end up with a lot of trolling BS. This place is getting there though since we shutdown new registrations but at some point we're going to have to open it back up or we'll watch this place slowly die off too as posters fall off for one reason or another. We just have to figure out a way to filter out the spam bots. It was a never ending battle to ban the spam bots to keep then from overrunning the site. You'd think they'd be a little more strategic. I mean, if you fill a site with nothing but spam people are just going to stop coming so it's not a sustainable model. But nope, every one of them makes dozens of duplicate threads filling up pages upon pages as soon as their account goes live.
    • lol...I don't remember that.  Although recalling what I had for breakfast yesterday is sometimes a challenge.  Hope it was a positive thing.
