The offensive line does suck, though at least we've got our starting left tackle back today.

Pass blocking maybe.  But every running back on the team is averaging more than 4 yards per carry.  (Except ironically CMC).  But that doesn't happen if you don't have decent to good oline play.

Bad news: Our CBs have sucked for years

Good news: It allowed guys who shouldn't have been getting any playing time whatsoever to develop? (Corn Elder)

Not sure if this is an indictment or a good thing but either way I'll take it

Teddy has done a couple of things wrong today.

That play wasn't one of them.

Davis was in front of both defenders and could easily have had the catch had he not pulled up.

NO HE WAS NOT.

KENDRICKS WAS TO THE SIDE OF HIM IN ZONE.

TEDDY TRIED TO FIT IT IN, EVEN THOUGH 1 DEFENDER WAS ALREADY COVERING DAVIS

YES, DAVIS STOPPED, BUT KENDRICKS HAD ALREADY BROKE ON THE BALL.  HE WAS GOING TO BE IN THAT SPOT NO MATTER WHAT

All Davis could have done was stop the interception.  But it was still an awful decision.  Kendricks was RIGHT THERE.  Like holy crap.  Do ya'll think Davis continuing to run somehow makes Kendricks not break on that ball lol?

It was a terrible decision.  Davis should have kept running, yes, but Teddy shouldn't have even thrown that pass.

    • Well, hope they're not worried about a torn Labrum or Rotator Cuff, as someone who went through that myself, I know those don't have anything show up on X-Rays but from the MRI, so this is kinda a nothing update, hope it's not a tear or his season is already over if they decide to do surgery now. Which is basically what would be needed to get him to 100% for the start of next season's training camp if it's a labrum.  If he plays the season with it and then does surgery, he's not going to be ready for camp and probably not the start of the season either.
    • I always try to not pay much attention to a team’s preseason win/loss record. The 1982 Washington and 2021 LA Rams both lost every game in the preseason and went on to win the Super Bowl, whereas the 2008 Detroit Lions and 2017 Cleveland Browns both won every game in reason and went on to lose every regular season game. There’s many examples of teams that lose in preseason that go on to have good seasons, but equally there are teams that lose in preseason and that continues in the regular season. Which will we be?  I think our floor is a handful of wins, while our ceiling will probably be around the 9-10 win mark. The latter will require significant improvement from the whole team and coaching staff, and will also need Bryce to play like the QB we drafted him to be. I want to be optimistic and predict a winning season, but it’s really difficult as a Panthers fan!
    • Cos he looks much better?
