What is under achieving this year and how do you address it.

Honestly after a few kill Hurney threads it got me asking this question. How do you really point to the GM or coach and say this isn't good enough with this team and COVID year happening? Your thoughts?

Rhule has done exceptional considering all he had go through with this team to get them ready for the season.  Most games we have been competitive.  With CMC out i don't think we win again.  Washington will be fighting for a playoff spot and no way New Orleans or GB give us any slack.

Hurney, IMO, has been a puppet and the draft was Rhule and you'll see in April that confirms it.

The Huddle will Huddle when it comes to repeat threads on the same subject.

I would say that all aspects of the team have under performed at times.

We have been in virtually every game, but in the end found a way to lose in crunch time.  And its not any one thing.  Our defense has been atrocious in crunch time.  Our offense has been atrocious in crunch time.  Our special teams hasn't had many chances to effect a win or loss, but last week they did, and they failed.  IMO, everything has to get better.

Fwiw though, things were the same in 2002, 2011, and 2012.  We had some nice runs after those seasons though, and maybe we will this time around.

I thought Rhule was doing an exceptional job, but the wheels have come off if we don't win another game this year.

Denver are a bad team. We should have beaten Minnesota. If we don't beat a Ron Rivera led team we're in trouble.

F' your higher Draft pick, I want to develop a winning culture.

Before the start, I said no judgement for Rhule/crew. Theyve vastly out-played my low expectations.

I did not want Herniay back, no choice. During the 2018 season I was ready to move on....AGAIN!! He should have been shown the door along with RR. Hes an all-pro at ball-licking, Teppers weakness.

We're honestly playing out my best case scenario for the season: Losing a ton to guarantee a high draft pick but competing against teams with better talent.

We have a SEVERE lack of talent throughout the roster (Specifically on defense) from the mass exodus of veterans and the old guard, we had no true offseason for our new coaching staff to work with, as well as injuries to our best player (CMC), but we have been competitive in every game but one this entire year. I thought we would be battling the Jags for #1 overall based on the roster and rookie coaching staff but the team has come together and played hard every single week. That's all I can ask for from such a young and inexperienced team.

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
