Can anyone remember the last time a big name player was traded for several players?

Just doesn't seem like an actual thing that could happen, maybe one or two and several picks.

For a true franchise QB anything is possible.

anyone think the allegations drive down his value??

My thought was that is if this issue drags out over the next several weeks, it could create doubt.  I also think the Houston front office is seeing potential suitors signing QBs, realizing that the law of supply and demand is in play.

If we do end up acquiring him, I really hope we at least don't give up this year's 2nd round pick, so many potential starting OL will be available by that pick.  I know our defense will take a hit with this trade but if we can get someone like Alex Leatherwood, Jalen Mayfield, Wyatt Davis, Radunz, Eichenberg in the 2nd...Our offense is going to be crazy.

Agree 100%.  A T or a CB---if we do not sign one.

Team has zero depth. Has holes at LT, G, third WR, TE, DT, LB, CB, and S. Plus will create another hole from one of the 3 players I named. Watson missed the playoffs this past year with a better roster we would put together around him.

amazes me how Tepper preached patience after cutting cam, but now we have a pretty awful roster and wants to move heaven and earth to get this guy. Wont complain about getting a top 5 QB in the game, but just don’t think it’s the right move for this team right now.

What makes you think Houston has a better roster than we do?

    • Absolutely … watching from Colorado, man oh man it makes my heart warm knowing how much our Panthers are loved and supported back home these days. This season was a massive step in the right direction after everything since Tepper took over.   But say all you want about Tepper, but let’s be honest , he has turned a corner and has truly embraced the Panthers history and culture more so recently , and we saw it on full display in Charlotte Saturday. I’m truly so damn proud of our Panthers …. Time to buy that DB #95 jersey… love this team and our fans so damn much. Been a fan since Day 1 when I was a kid in Charlotte and to see how far we’ve come and to have faith in where we’re going in the future truly brings a smile to my face.   In a world currently full of despair and pessimism, thank you to the 2025 Carolina Panthers for giving us hope once again. Time to let Dan Morgan cook… KEEP POUNDING 🖤💙🖤💙🖤💙
    • It's been one hell of a ride this season. It's been a long time since I've enjoyed football for an entire season. There are still a lot of things that frustrate me about this team, but they somehow made it work and put together something pretty impressive. I'm still worried about us being stuck in mediocrity, but hell, that's a lot better than where we've been.    Also, hats off to the fans! What an impressive showing last night. That was the most wild it's been since the 2015 NFC Championship. The place was absolutely rocking! The fans showed up! This is one of the things that has been missing for so long. Despite the loss, I had a blast last night.
