Russell Wilson to Carolina?

I would immediately be off the wagon for the first time since the Panthers became a team.

I wouldn’t want Wilson if they gave us their three first round picks as well.

Not no but HELL no.

We saw last year what a QB with zero swag can do.

Imagine what a QB with potentially less swag would do.

Three firsts, a third and two players.

The available players they were willing to offer reportedly included Khalil Mack and Akiem Hicks.

Though they initially considered Chicago's offer, Seattle is not ready to move on from Russ.

According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, the offer was enough to make the Seahawks think about it.

“The Seahawks slept on it,’’ he said Wednesday. “They discussed it. (On Tuesday), they decided — specifically, coach Pete Carroll does not want to rebuild. They decided, ‘We are not trading Russell Wilson to the Bears.’’’

There are people who wouldn't actually take Wilson at all? I know we had the little rivalry going for a time and at one point the thought of him in a Panthers uniform would have been inconceivable but then along came 2020 and the sight of Teddy Bridgewater throwing a football.

I'd rather have teddy for another season than to give away 3 first round draft picks for that weirdo. pretty sure he doesn't even have a soul.

Wilson give me sociopath vibes for some reason.  He reminds me of Patrick Bateman.

For the 8th pick or 3 first, more picks and 2 starters?

For a guy who wants top pay and personel control, I'm a no on both honestly. Just draft one.

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
