That's where he lost you eh?

It's wild but even after watching our last franchise quarterback fall apart and the sight of Teddy Bridgewater throwing a football there are still people who would put a running back before the team.

There are several teams that would love an opportunity to acquire Aaron Rodgers if the Green Bay Packers decide to part ways with the three-time MVP, but one continues to be mentioned as the most likely suitor.

In an appearance on “Get Up!” Tuesday morning, ESPN’s Dianna Russini reported that the Denver Broncos appear to be more interested in Rodgers than any other team. The belief is that they are going to offer the most for the 37-year-old if and when a formal offer is made.

For what it's worth the oddsmakers also say that Denver would be the favorite if Rodgers were traded.

Their new GM has certainly seen an awful lot of Rodgers as an opponent over the years.

Interest would absolutely make sense from there.

Aaron Rodgers probably doesn't make us a serious Super Bowl contender, although we may be a much better team immediately.

If things go extremely well on this rebuild, we probably aren't in the discussion for 2-3 more seasons. You don't go from 0 to Super Bowl overnight.

It is gonna take time.

    • FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.
    • That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?
    • Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
