Smitty did not hold back on his thoughts on Tahir Whitehead on the broadcast tonight.  
I put this quote in the camp thread but figured I’d create one on this as well.  Smitty took several other jabs at Tahir as well.

 

Smitty is an analysts now so he will tell it how it is with a little less bias view.  Think Carter or Perryman in there full time is going to be a Huge upgrade for our D.

Real question is what does this say about Rhule and Snows ability to evaluate talent. It was evident in the first quarter of the season last year he was a liability, but he continued to play. 
 

I’ll chalk it up to inexperience and Covid but they can’t make the same mistakes this year. Specifically if it is talent on the offensive line.

Well, nobody's perfect. At least he was on the bench by season's end.

Rhule has demonstrated that he's willing to correct bad decisions. If nothing else, that puts him light years ahead of Rivera.

Dang dude. No Off-Season. Shortened TC, and Pre-Season. First year for an ex college coach. Sorry it wasn't all peaches and cream.

He did kinda hedged before saying that. He started to say something, stopped, then tried to be gentle. Smitty did try to be nice about it.
