I mean Eric Shelton is eligible too.  What's your point.  Gross was a really good O-lineman.  He's not a Hall of Famer.

Jebus dude. Those two are no where near comparable. You take one of the greatest Panthers of all time. And compare him to that? What's your point?

Heaven forbid a Panther fan hype up one of our own.

His entry won’t take long

The dream would be Agent 89 and Mills both going in. But he's up against Andre Johnson, Torry Holt, and Reggie Wayne. Holt and Wayne didn't make it in their first year eligible. Also eligible are Devin Hester, Tony Boselli, Richard Seymour, Demarcus Ware, Leroy Butler and Zach Thomas. I could see Agent89 making it to the final 15, but I'm not sure he'll make the cut this time around.

None of them won the triple crown (not many do) None of them were as dangerous a player as Smitty.  I would love to see a survey of coaches and ask them of the four players who they had the most difficult time preparing for. Odds are Smitty.

Outside of Moose who were Smitty's running mates.  No one really.  These other WR had complimentary receivers.

Finally, I'll match 89 highlight reel to anyone you want.   He was a beast and was feared.

And the most quotable WR among them.

 ICE UP SON   So EPIC

    • Two things: 1. Dr. Eric Eager is central to the draft process 2. I know that it was edited, but we didn't hear "Thieneman" one time, not even before the Vikings pick.
    • Why would he sign here as a guard when surely someone would sign him as a tackle?  Assuming he is healthy
    • Went back to watching the highlights. With a sober mind haha. Here is what I saw.    freddie needs to make 1 of those but the rest aren’t on him.    Slavin was BBBBAAAD again last night. Not sure what is going on with these game one Slavin gafs.    miller was ok but had his worst game in the playoffs so far.    nikishin was no good. His his awful turnover led to the first goal at the end of the first period that just can’t happen. ghost was beat like a drum multiple times last night, including the go-ahead goal at the end jarivs wont shoot. He is either hurt or he is struggling mentally and I think it could be a combination of both. He passed up a wide open net on the power-play only to pass it to no one and cleared it himself.     Svech played well. He is getting zero help on that line.    aho. Worst game as a pro. I mean that. He won’t shoot it, passes go to no one and turns it over repeatedly.  He did exactly what they did against Montreal game one when Miller had a turnover. Aho left his man to go help and left the golden Knight player wide open in front of Freddie.  If I was Rod, you Tell Aho when that thing hits your stick you fire it  someone needs to sit him down just him in a room and ask what’s going on. He seems soft, timid and has zero fire.   canes could have won that game   There isn’t a gap between these two teams  they are dead even   Carter Hart’s gonna get lit up in this series. We can beat that guy. the consensus last night was our defense played horrible and our stars won’t score.  clean the defense up. Tell the top line to shoot it everything and we’ll win tomorrow night.   Possibly convincingly.
