I would argue that at least Steussie and Henning had some success here before bottoming out...

Jeff Davidson & Jimmy Clausen were in over their heads from the jump and it never got better.

In more recent history I would say Eric Washington and Tahir Whitehead jump out.

Eric Washington as a DC yeah.  He was and still is a fine/high end position coach but soooo out of his league as a coordinator.

Pickles and Whitehead were so freaking bad so no argument there haha

The amount of fuggin times I've punched my tv from this fug. Wasted away all of Cam's prime years with this dude, running Cam like he was a Prius. Wasting away a superbowl because that fug decided it was smart to leave Remmers on an island with Von.

I still can’t get those images of Nakamura getting roasted play after play.

and when we had the lead late and pinned them back against their end zone only for him to give up a 50+ yard bomb that lead to them scoring the game winning points to end the game.

Not quite getting the Jeff Davidson hate. Yes, 2010 was a dumpster fire but he was here for the years before that. He replaced Henning and I still think Davidson was an overall improvement over him, especially using the tight ends as an actual receiving option.

      Watching games this year again and Bryce missed a wide open XL many times and some of them were in the endzone. I get the kid has mental lapses and hasn't broke out yet, but this is year three on a rookie deal! Cutting bait now is too early. If he hasn't gained anymore trust from his QB, posted any highlights, little production, or outright gets beat out then we can talk movement.

      Samesies   I truly may just cash completely out of Panther football if we give him a long term deal that isnt necessary.  I have watched NFL for 50 years now and I can without a shadow of a doubt say you cannot win consistently with BY.  Way too many limitations to deal with.   I may come back around in 3 years when the inevitable happens and all parties are either cut and/or fired.  Giving him a deal before this season so you hopefully can get him cheaper in case he "blows up" or if you truly believe that he will has to be the most moronic decision a gm can make when the evidence is laid before you with different players

      This is the one! I was at that game and all KB had to do was lay down on the corner after the pick or make an obvious tag while he was down. He had already ran a lazy route. Then if Cam would've just walked to the sideline like most elite QBs instead of trying to make the tackle.  A lot of people bring up the TJ Watt hit, but he just reaggravated a bunch of scar tissue from that play. And every Cam hater said that the running did him in and it was a dive tackle attempt on an interception that initially began the shoulder deterioration. He still went to New England later and would've got them in the playoffs had their A team not sat out the covid year. We quit on him too early. But hey how good was Teddy? Am I right?
