Well in my own opinion, that stat is not all that concerning.  

If you recall, Shaq did not get a pick-six (Just a Pick) but it did lead to a score (albeit a FG) for the Panthers.

I know Pick-6's are exciting when they happen but it's not something to stress too much over.

They weren't exactly  back to back plays because that's impossible but the second one was the first offensive set play of the next series.
