I already know the next upcoming off season they will be guys like Daniel Jones, Drew Lock, maybe even Derek Carr available, this front office has to say no to all of them.

They need to draft a QB and build him up. Go look the past SB winners, mvps or just the best teams in general, outside of Peyton and Brady all of them were drafted by their original team.

NEED TO DRAFT SAM HOWELL

elite prospect. Tough. Does everything well. Proven leader. Can carry a team. Rocket arm. Sneaky fast. Has all the intangibles. Future MVP.

I wouldn't put a rookie behind this Oline. I don't want to see the Panthers create their very own David Carr. Fix the line with actual proof next season that it is improved, and then draft a QB the following year. Hopefully that will line up with a better QB class coming out as well.

I think Tepper will force Rhule and Fitts to go all in on a big splash QB this off-season but largely leave the details up to them whether it's a trade (Watson, Wilson, Rodgers, etc), a high level FA (Derek Carr type), or a 1st round draft pick. But he knows the value of the QB position and I think he's going to get tired of watching us try to bargain shop there. Those items are in the bargain bin for a reason.

Idt Wilson is going anywhere. He’s going to force them to fire PC and he’ll stay and have a bunch of power.

Who knows with Watson and his legal stuff.

I doubt Rodgers wants to chase a SB wjth Brady in division.

Unc turds are going to be screaming for Howell all draft season. Lord please don’t let that happen.

I’m an Auburn fan and would welcome Howell here if he falls to us in the draft. He has as much promise as any QB in this draft…

That'll be fun when their new QB (acquired in a franchise crippling deal) gets crippled behind this Oline.

We’re definitely throwing a monster 4-year deal at Mariota or Jones. If Jones, it’ll be because he shells is on Sunday.

Jones or Mariota would be fine for cheap providing we draft a rookie. Basically they can be capable placeholders.

None of those guys are coming here, We are either drafting a guy or rolling with Sam another year. We could not even get Stafford, what makes you think QBs above his level would want to come here and play with this shitshow of an OL and amateur hour coaching.

Yeah don't want Wilson or Watson, hard passes.

Why would Rogers want to come here? Just don't see it.

Meh, as long as we don't throw a big contract or draft capital on a retread, it's just another year of treading water. This crew has shown 2 years in a row, they can't fix or even put their reclamation projects in good positions, with years of tape on the projects. Maybe change up the OC and see what the new guy wants to do, I don't trust anyone else's input on the poopshow we call our offense at this point.

    • Maybe, but a player can also bust for a lot of reasons.  And I'm not about to go look up the stats of all the 1st round WR busts, but I'd be surprised if they had the sustained output and success in college that T-Mac had.  Those early WR busts are usually guys who had one breakout season and then were highly drafted because of physical potential, not already built out ability. I'm not even saying T-Mac is 100% going to have a better career than Chark (although I obviously think he will). I'm just saying that right now, his skill level and ability is better than Chark's ever was, and I don't understand how anyone is arguing against that, not because of T-Mac, but because of who Chark himself was.   If you want to take the argument that you can't say ANY player who hasn't played a down yet can't be considered better than someone who has, then so be it (even though I'd say that's a dumb stance anyways). At his peak ability, Chark was more like a #3 WR than anything else, he was the definition of a league average WR.  If you don't think a Top 10 selected WR with his tape is better than that just because they haven't played in the NFL yet, then you're just stuck on the "he hasn't played a down yet" idea and can't evaluate them as players and abilities.
    • And you would've probably said the same thing about a lot of highly drafted WRs who busted.
    • dude..........   You are way to emotional here
