Good at drawing up plays. Bad at teaching, coaching, and situational play calling.

Bad at evaluating as well. I believe he was high on Teddy and had to have input on the Sam acquisition. He needs to be an offensive assistant longer and take some notes.

I'm not so sure he's good at drawing up plays.  But it doesn't matter how good it's drawn up if you don't know when to call it or what personnel you need when you do.

i doubt tepper will just sit under his blanket while the team burns around him. he seems like a guy who wants to see production, or you’re out. we’ll see how much patience he has over the next block of games.

the team showed a lot of promise last year, but has gotten worse each game this year. if the current staff can turn this ship around now, they will have earned their paychecks.

    • He hated losing. Ever seen a Brady post-loss presser? Jordan? Kobe? I want more players who hate losing.
    • I held out hope that by the end of his 3rd year Bryce would break out and be the quarterback you expect a number one draft pick to be. I was on the fence with him at the start of the season, hoping the light would go off. However, it is not going to happen. Troy Aikman stated while watching the Panther-SF game that it was difficult for Bryce because of his height. A diplomatic tv word salad way of saying Bryce ain’t it. I hope Tepper was listening. If Bryce had the arrogant personality of a Will Levis perhaps Tepper would have already pulled the plug. Bryce is a good person. Having said that, the young man is set for life financially. To delay pulling the plug on him at quarterback any longer than this season is really unfair to him. He needs to be able to move on with the next phase of his life whatever that may be.
