Darnold sucks but this is so not true. This narrative is ridiculous. Ryan Kalil was way better than Paradis. Turner in the playoff years and Norwell were pro-bowlers/all-pros and light years ahead of the trash we have at guards. I’d almost say that Remmers in 2015 outside of 2 games was as good as Moton this year and healthy Williams in 2017 was as good as any Moton years. LT is a push, just never been good although Oher in 2015was probably the best after Gross.

This OL’s interior is so much worse than Cam”s interior it’s and insult to say they were worse than this current lot. Cam had two pro bowl OL and two more than made all-pro teams. That’s 4 of 5. There’s no one on this OL that’s been on that level.

Still doesn’t change the fact that we’ve wasted $54M in cap space and wasted a 2nd, 3rd and 4th on two QB experiments gone wrong the past two years.

Ding ding ding.

Sam is trash, but he has trash in front too. They went sooo far backwards sooo fast up front. Idk who all is responsible but it's really eye openings. Almost as opening as the QB play.

people have clearly forgotten just how bad cam was in his last days here

It is natural for people to look back and reflect on the past to only remember the good things and not the bad things. It’s like when parents look back after their kids grow up to only remember the happy times and not all the crappy stuff that goes along with it by changing diapers, crying, fighting helping with homework…

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
