Scourtin, I have zero concern about. Not only is he physical but his particular work ethic paired with that motor already tells me what l I need to know. He needs the reps and more time to develop. Right now he's at his floor but he's going to be a monster once he gets comfortable. Wonnum should really be more of a depth peice imo..... also add Pat Jones to that list. We do need another starter opposite Nic. If the plan is to let him develop in that starting role then the other side needs somebody who can run stop and make an immediate impact w/ the pass rush. -

I think you are somewhat right. Edge is a need, but man when I watch the Panthers on defense Scourton is consistently making plays that open my eyes. His motor is top tier, he seems to get better every week and is getting more playing time. The dude is literally 21 years old. And on top of that, your chart here shows hes getting double teamed more than half the league lol. Why would that be if he wasnt good? Also consider D.Brown is out there drawing double teams as well. To me thats impressive
