I think we have to go QB. Even a round one rookie olineman is going to have minimal impact at this point. We will likely look to shed deadweight and bring in a couple vets for the line. As for which quarterback I'll just let the chips fall where they may and just say if the huddle hates a prospect you can usually expect the opposite.

Between Pickett, Willis, Cross, Linderbaum, Neal, Ekwonu, and Hamilton the team has the potential to at least make this first round selection count.

Big fan of the top 3 DEs as well, but hopefully they get taken before Carolina picks so that it ensures they take OL or QB. I wouldn't be mad at Hamilton, tho it would be the least efficient use of the pick imo.

Kenny Pickett is what you would ask for in a first round QB. He has the traits this team has been lacking since prime Cam.

1. Prototype Size
2. Agile and Good speed
3. Accuracy outside of the pocket
4. Deep ball strength and accuracy
5. Accurate on the run

6. Not careless with the football

Ive been watching videos on the kid to see what about his game I don't like, and he definitely has the potential to be a solid QB in the league. We will see after combine and interviews though.

I think he will be gone before our pick. He seems to be the top QB and the Lions or Giants could use him. Giants will probably bring in a new coach who will want a new QB, Lions could use a rookie to learn behind Goff for a couple games.

We will know Daniel Jones' fate this offseason. The giants have to determine whether or not they are picking up his 5th year option. I dont see the Giants going QB because they have bigger gaps elsewhere:

1. OL
2. DL
3. Secondary

With the way the current draft order is looking, the Giants will have the opp to take the best OL on the board, and one of the top 3 DL on the board. I doubt they pass on that opportunity.

    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
