We should take Kyle Hamilton in the draft

Hear me out I know how crazy it sounds. However he could easily be the piece we need to push our defense over the top into the force we think it is... Guys relax, we can spend every other pick in the draft and get some free agents. The Bengals didn't go crazy with o lineman either. They took the best player available and you see the results

While I agree that we can address some of our needs through free agency.  We have to address the offense with the first pick whether QB or OT.  We've spent several drafts in a row addressing the defense.  We need to go offense.

Yea no.  Neal or trade down. If trade down, take the next OL, there are a few to choose from…or QB or hell even trade down again.

If we must take any defensive player it should be DT followed by LB but this can be done after taking a top olineman trading down with other picks.

LB and DT are much easier to address in FA.

S is not a concern.

Cross or Neal should be the only two players we even entertain with the first pick.

I would throw Ekwonu in that group as well. Any of those three guys is likely a day one starter and impact player for us. Linderbaum is in that group, as well but we can probably trade down and get him.

Trade down and give your team a chance at grabbing both Tyler Linderbaum and Devin Lloyd. Best leaders in the draft on both sides of the ball. When it comes to the top players in the draft, we need more players like CMC, Luke Kuechly, Thomas Davis, Ryan Khalil, and Jordan Gross. Fewer players like Derrick Brown, CJ Anderson, Robby Anderson, Sam Darnold, and DJ Moore. Neal will be good, but will also be grouped with the latter.

Draft some championship caliber leaders!

Bengals have an elite QB

Panthers have a Poo QB.

can’t even compare the 2 situations.

It was not my opinion prior to that draft, but bottom line is the Joe Burrow is the real (*&@$ing deal.  Then they said "Oh, here, have Ja'marr Chase".  Cincy is a good team.  Their line isn't wonderful, but Burrow makes fast decisions that make them look better than they are.

If we trade down and get Tyler L, I’ll be happy. Gives us a OL core of BC, TL, and TM. If we are stuck at 6 and aren’t in love with a QB then I kind of like Cross the best. He is a pure LT. Some scouts are saying Neal is a RT at the next level, but they said the same about Slater and look what happened…

    • Idk man, I think it’s necessary.  There’s people working 9-5s everyday that get told poo about what they aren’t and what they’re not capable of and they’re working for scraps.  These guys are making millions.  People are watching and invested because their team and fandom is a part of their identity and a big source of pride.  When someone like Bryce comes in and is given chance after chance after chance after proving he is not worthy of the position he’s being gifted, and he continues to be the biggest reason above any that we are losing, yeah…  I think it’s fair to call a spade a spade.  Am I saying Bryce the person is trash?  Bryce the person is a piece of poo?  Absolutely not.     I came up in an era, especially in basketball, where if you were fuging up people heckled the poo out of you.  I played in rec leagues as a teen where the fuging parents were calling kids trash and yelling poo like “TURNOVER!!!  TURNOVER!!!”  “CANT DRIBBLE!”  “CANT SHOOT!”  And that’s adults screaming that poo to kids like we were in the fuging Rucker lol.🤣🤣🤣  I went on to play basketball at a collegiate level and with professional players in different settings.  What those experiences as a kid taught me was to see if there is any merit to what people are saying, and if there is, then work my ass off til they can’t say that anymore.  Come back better, tougher, harder.  And I did.  If kids can figure that poo out, an adult calling another adult who is bad at his job while making millions and millions of dollars will be just fine.
    • I have tried to like this team, lord knows I have tried. BY9 is a nice young man, if I had a daughter he can take her to prom, but he ain't QB1 and he's not Cam or Delhomme Chuba is a average RB, he isn't Stephen Davis, he isn't J-Stew McMillan has the makings of a good WR, but he isn't 89/Moose D. Brown is a great player, but if the game was on the line I want Kris Jenkins       I miss this brand of football, even in the bad Jake games the games were entertaining It has been nearly 8 years now of watching numb football
