This is not about a coach who needs a 3rd year to get his guys. This is about a coach who is not NFL ready.  Rhule and his staff are out coached every game.  Other teams  make adjustments,  they cannot  counter.  Look at the 3rd qtr stats.  Those stats are not about players they are about coaching.   The decisions made or not made about the Oline in itself shows a lack of judgement about pro personnel.  There is no progress from year 1 to year 2.  Make a bold decision ( I hear you have brass balls) and get a new coaching staff to lead this team.  And just a  thought...the traditional GM/coach model  has worked pretty well over time.   Cut your losses  and get your fanbase back and get us excited. (Also...please do not abandon our Keep Pounding mantra...it is who we are.)

You can also add in to that list , his 2021 draft picks .,

who were either bad draft picks or he couldn’t coach them up to get on the field or get a helmet on game day

Horn .. injuried. But looks promising. No Grade , but might be an “ A “ player if he stays healthy.

T Marshall. . Couldn’t get a helmet over a special team player who was cut the next week, grade D

B Christensen .. wasn’t on the field first half of the season. Grade D

T Tremble  tight end. 18 catches , 1 TD , Grade D

C Hubbard. Played often and at times looked promising. Grade C

So overall , they were bad picks, or the coaches couldn’t coach them up to get on the field. Coaches grade F

overall draft grade after one year = D

And he’ll be drafting again in 2022

Dunno how you can give these players grades like that when half of em can't see the field because of Rhule.

Edit: I mean for example BC has seen limited action but is one of our best OL by grade lol

I still think it was a decent draft. Tepper just won't get these guys on the field to develop and shine. I'm not going to blame the players for that. And sure, they had a few injuries, but injuries happen.

You forgot about the Long Snappa from Alabama, what grade are you giving him? You know he walked from Tuscaloosa to Clt for his first day on the job.

    • Idk man, I think it’s necessary.  There’s people working 9-5s everyday that get told poo about what they aren’t and what they’re not capable of and they’re working for scraps.  These guys are making millions.  People are watching and invested because their team and fandom is a part of their identity and a big source of pride.  When someone like Bryce comes in and is given chance after chance after chance after proving he is not worthy of the position he’s being gifted, and he continues to be the biggest reason above any that we are losing, yeah…  I think it’s fair to call a spade a spade.  Am I saying Bryce the person is trash?  Bryce the person is a piece of poo?  Absolutely not.     I came up in an era, especially in basketball, where if you were fuging up people heckled the poo out of you.  I played in rec leagues as a teen where the fuging parents were calling kids trash and yelling poo like “TURNOVER!!!  TURNOVER!!!”  “CANT DRIBBLE!”  “CANT SHOOT!”  And that’s adults screaming that poo to kids like we were in the fuging Rucker lol.🤣🤣🤣  I went on to play basketball at a collegiate level and with professional players in different settings.  What those experiences as a kid taught me was to see if there is any merit to what people are saying, and if there is, then work my ass off til they can’t say that anymore.  Come back better, tougher, harder.  And I did.  If kids can figure that poo out, an adult calling another adult who is bad at his job while making millions and millions of dollars will be just fine.
    • I have tried to like this team, lord knows I have tried. BY9 is a nice young man, if I had a daughter he can take her to prom, but he ain't QB1 and he's not Cam or Delhomme Chuba is a average RB, he isn't Stephen Davis, he isn't J-Stew McMillan has the makings of a good WR, but he isn't 89/Moose D. Brown is a great player, but if the game was on the line I want Kris Jenkins       I miss this brand of football, even in the bad Jake games the games were entertaining It has been nearly 8 years now of watching numb football
    • I'm not so sure. Something about the whole Frank/Bryce situation seemed off from day 1. Bryce didn't fit Frank's QB mold as well as Stroud, then he basically gives up when Bryce is named starter in preseason but gets virtually no reps in games. Then he looks completely unprepared and Dalton steps in in Seattle, has a decent game under immense pressure, and it's right back to Bryce. All his mechanics are terrible and he's having the worst rookie season ever and Frank doesn't bench him?  You dont have to be a conspiracy theorist to know Bryce wasn't ready to be a day 1 starter. Everything with Bryce, then coaches, and the FO seemed forced.
