Got 3 new linemen

DJ and Robbie are still there

CMC coming back with Chubba and Foreman backing him up

 

This is possibly as good as it gets for Darnold. If he can't produce, he should retire.

Can someone please explain to me how such an awful quarterback is still given chances? The guy in 50 games has 54 touchdowns, 52 interceptions, and 29 fumbles. He does not belong in the NFL, not even as a backup.

With all that being said, they need to stick with him. We gotta somehow get a top 5 pick. I don’t see that, though. 6-11 or 7-10 incoming

I just don't know what to else say. Even with a great LT and a good oline Sam is going to see ghost. It is who he has always been.

what this really is, is a reflection of Rhule  and the fact HE can’t produce, because he said he could with Sam

therefore Rhule has no more excuses but guess he gets 5/6 years for some reason

A lot of posters called it when Cam was dumped and Bridgewater was signed, quarterback purgatory.

The Panthers are going to have a difficult choice next year if Fitterer is still around. Does he go with the safe choice or a mid round quarterback? It's always next year when your job is on the line, and you're just looking for marginal improvements.

The only way to get off the ride is usually when everyone is fired, players are traded, and an actual rebuild takes place.

Right. We need a top 5 pick in 2023. Darnold gives us the best chance
