The most interesting part to me was his seemingly nonchalant attitude about his particular offensive scheme. I know that some won't, but I like what I'm hearing. It sounds to me that he's going to let the players and their individual strengths decide what type of plays he devises. I can see someone either seeing him as a genius or a dumbass based on his approach. I can't wait to see what he comes up with.

It all boils down to results. I like the philosophy. You should always tailor your scheme to best fit your talent IMO. Force fitting square pegs into round holes just isn't very inefficient.

We'll see how it plays out.

All the QBs have a lot to learn, but Corral has extra learning to do because he's transitioning from college to the pros.

There is a lot to learn by everyone. They'll keep adding more and more to everyone's plate on a gradual basis, look at what players do well and devise an offense around that.

He likes the TE room from top to bottom and plans to get them involved in a variety of ways from blocking to catching and maybe even running, sounds like.

TMJ, as all the receivers, are learning plays. There are no set starters per se (no number 3 guy anyway). He wants to see how they will complement each other as a unit.

Guys are paid to play, but there are ways that we can manage CMC's workload (whatever all that means).

McAdoo sounds very much like he believes in letting players and their skill sets determine the playbook and how we go about attacking defenses.

This is kinda his presser in a nutshell.

Yeah he worked on Eli's footwork/pocket presence but he already knew how to read defenses and call plays. Add in a rookie OBJ and it's still up in the air how much of an impact McAdoo truly had. Considering all that he still seems like he's an upgrade over Joe Brady, and Rhule is probably learning on the job more this offseason than he has the past 2 years.

      we all know the  issues with this team the franchise is still seriously flawed from self inflicted stupidity or owner impetuousness  As a result they need 1. a new  defensive staff  and scheme plus improved personnel, really every where 2. a proven OC  refreshed oline (young and uninjured vs beat up veterans)  a threat at tight end  3. QB.  Not being able, or willing, to run a qb sneak for less than yard in the nfl is not a good thing   Neither are the restrictions on routes and play calling because of his limitations  I believe Bryce does the best he can  he is ions better than his first 2 years but i believe he is at his ceiling  No point in continuing to blame him for the stupidity of Panthers’ front office. unfortunately,  the mistake in drafting him isn't going to just go away   Too many holes to fill and too little money or draft picks available  for q long term fix  4  a very inexperienced OC/HC  they are what they are   As fans, we have to decide how much energy to give the franchise

      The lack of misdirection in the playbook isn't helping Bryce. If the run game is contained he has to pinpoint dink and dunk us to victory and basically can't turnover. Canales atleast humors the idea of this system and that's why he's doing better than Reich but it's the same issue. You can mitigate this with more play action, bootlegs, letting Bryce move around in the backfield but they're just not doing anything creative with him to try open up the limited area of the field he can work in.  I like the routes on our passing downs, that's about it.
