BS: IF There's A Team That COULD Be This Year's Version Of The 2021 Bengals, It's The Carolina Panthers

Basically sounds like he thinks it's up to Rhule not to fug things up, or at least get out of the way and let the football guys handle the on the field stuff

I didn’t get that but honestly I didn’t get much from the article about Rhule except him being overwhelmed working with Brady.

His pieces on snow and mcadoo were interesting though.

felt more like wallstreetbets on Reddit to me.

as the start is basically not looking at roster and potential but finding a team with horrific odds first.  Then rationalizing throwing money at it for some big payoff

Asking Rhule to get out of the way is asking a lot. Just look at the roster decisions that have been made recently… do they look like decisions made by guys who know what they’re doing or a guy who is in over his head?

I’ve been informed by Huddlers that is all Ben McAdoo’s doing.   He is letting his great staff do whatever they see fit.

    • Agreed. I think Canales's primary objective in everything he does is to make the team better.  I don't think he has any particular attachment to Bryce.  He was brought in, in part, to give Young every chance to succeed.  And despite assertions to the contrary, Bryce has improved.  Whether he improves enough to keep him after this season depends on a number of factors, but I don't think Canales would hesitate to upgrade if he saw a chance to improve at QB.   For example, I think if Bryce struggles this year, but the rest of the team performs well, I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see us take a qb in the first or second round.
    • So what package would you all have been willing to put together for Garrett if he were offered to the Panthers? Because we'd have to let go of someone with J. Verse level talent. Oh man Myles and DB with the rest of this line would have been nasty lol.
