We should be favored against any team we play using a backup QB. Trivia question. When was the last time a team won using a backup QB?

Only being favored by 2, at home, against a team starting their backup QB is not a very good thing.  Traditionally the home team is given a 3 point advantage....

yeah, line suggests on a neutral field the Browns would be a slight favorite.  It's basically a pick em game.  Which sounds about right in the grand scheme.

I would hope.... We are playing Jacoby Brisset? What hurts, is we would get killed if they had Watson and we are going to wayyy overact to a win. If Baker loses this game w/o Watson playing then that would be unbelievably embarrassing.
